How To Be More Concentrated????

This question is like a big problem in your life…..

Isn’t it wright??

No problem i have a solution for this. No need to worry..

See this problem is common in students. To increase our concentration and to be focused follow some of my tips for you mentioned below

  • Don’t take studies or your work as a pressure. Do according to you capability.
  • Eat healthy meals I will Prefer for you like green vegetables and fruits.
  • Wash your face with water if you are feeling lazy.
  • Be motivated and always remember your aim. If you don’t have any aim search for it ad i am searching of mine.
  • Do yoga daily (I will post a blog for yoga routines soon)
  • Take a laser light and sit in a dark room (best time is at night). Watch the red dot on a wall continuously as much a you can. (you will feel unconscious at start but believe it this will surely work) & you can prefer a medium size dot on a plain or smooth wall painted wall (painted with light colour)
  • Do meditation daily at night or in morning as you like
  • While going to sleep at night always sit in a silence and remember about all things you done that day. (It is also a great working tip)

How to overcome laziness 😴 (Self experienced Tips)

We will meet many people in our society who are very lazy specially the newer or younger generation. Laziness is directly connected to our body’s oxygen content. I was also very lazy during my holiday. Always busy in sleeping that created effect in my daily routines.

Below I am mentioning some of the facts researched by me.

Causes

  • Sleeping very late.
  • Unhealthy eating habits. (soon i will post some healthy food which you can prefer)
  • Intensive workout during morning
  • Studying on bed.
  • Listening of music whole day.

Preventions

  • Drink a well content of water when you rises in the morning.
  • Take long breathes in fresh air for 10 to 15 minutes (Prefer a fresh air place like go to your roof top or in park or ground)
  • Never take pressure of anything on your mind always be care free. (Life will give you many opportunities in achieving your aim)
  • Eat one fruit everyday make it your habit. If you cant afford then its also ok.
  • Exercise everyday . (It should not be confused with Intensive exercises like heavy weight training)
  • Try to take your breakfast earlier than 7 am
